What’s Covered by the Warranty:

  • Functionality Issues: If your product malfunctions under normal use within the warranty period, we will offer a repair or replacement.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or improper handling (e.g., drops, water damage, or exposure to extreme temperatures).

  • Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear from normal use, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage.

  • Improper Use: Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or improper usage that is not in line with the product's intended purpose.

  • Battery Life: Decreased battery performance over time (for rechargeable products) is not covered, as this is considered natural wear.

How to Claim Your Warranty:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at vibrapalm@outlook.com or call us at +39 334 738 9283 within  30 days of discovering the issue.

  2. Provide Information: Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photos or videos of the defect or malfunction.

  3. Assessment: Once we receive your claim, our team will review the issue and determine the best course of action. In most cases, we will either repair or replace the product at no cost to you.

  4. Return Instructions: If we determine that a replacement or repair is necessary, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the product to us.

Warranty Period:

  • All VIBRAPALM products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Additional Information:

  • This warranty does not affect your statutory rights or any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

  • In the case of a replacement, the warranty on the replacement product will continue from the original purchase date, not from the date of the replacement.
